Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, the shipping information cannot be modified.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, stock availability, and fulfillment arrangement. The estimated delivery times below are calculated after shipment and do not include order processing time.

Please note: Some selected products may arrive within 3–8 business days in eligible local-stock destinations. For other products, other destinations, or when local inventory is unavailable, delivery may take 9–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, and other unforeseen factors.

For some remote areas or under force majeure circumstances such as severe weather or customs inspections, delivery may take longer.

Standard Shipping Fee: $4.99
Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $30

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and other fees may apply according to the destination country’s policies. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

KISSBOBO cannot predict or control these costs. If you have concerns, please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent automatically to your registered email address.

You can use this number to track your package on our website or on the carrier’s website.

Important Information

  • Address Accuracy: KISSBOBO is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or charged additional fees due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  • No Modifications After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the status changes to “Shipped” and a tracking number is generated.
  • Delivery Issues: If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please first check its status using the tracking number.

Transfer of Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the package has been handed over to the logistics carrier and a tracking number has been generated.
