• Assembly/Disassembly:
  Refer to the diagram on page 5 of the manual (it’s recommended to watch the official video tutorial on the website first).
• Common Mistakes:
  Avoid continuous use for more than 30 minutes without letting the motor cool down.Ensure the silicone flange fully fits the breast, otherwise suction may be affected.
  

• Daily Cleaning: Rinse accessories with warm water after each use; do not use steel wool.
• High-Temperature Disinfection: Silicone accessories can be boiled in water for 5 minutes or steam-sterilized (excluding tubing and motor).
• UV Compatibility: Compatible with UV disinfection cabinets (temperature must be below 80°C).

Insufficient Suction/Loud Noise:

① Check if the tubing is bent or deteriorated;

② Replace the silicone diaphragm (recommended every 3-6 months).

Accessory Replacement Cycle:

Duckbill valve/diaphragm: 3 months;
Tubing: 6 months (replace immediately if yellowing or deformed).

• Warranty Period:
  2 years (free repairs for motor malfunctions, excluding damage caused by human error).
• Application Process:
  Send an email to support@kissbobo.co with the subject line “Repair + Order Number,” including a description of the issue and attached photos.

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns:
Items must remain unopened and in resalable condition.

Return Process:

①Contact Customer Service
Email support@kissbobo.co with your Order Number and reason. For exchanges, specify the product/model.

②Obtain Authorization
We review within 24 hours. If approved, you’ll receive an RMA Number and return instructions. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.

③Ship Item Back
Clearly mark the RMA on the package, pack securely, and ship to the provided address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend insurance and retaining the receipt.

④Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll initiate the refund within 5 business days if all conditions are met.
