Measurement Steps
1. Use a ruler or tape to measure the nipple diameter (mm) at the base of the nipple and choose a suitable cover.
2. Determine the size of a flange based on the measurement results.
Example
If the measured nipple diameter is 22 mm, it is recommended to use a 24 mm flange.

If the size is too small, it may not be able to suck out.
Suitable
The nipple is centered and can move freely.

I'm a first time mom. I usually have to go to work, and in order to still breastfeed my daughter, I chose to use a breast pump to juggle my daily life. 1508 pump works great, I see other moms who can only get a little bit out, and I am able to basically empty my breasts.

It has multiple flange inserts so it shouldn’t be hard to find the right size for you. It’s easy to clean and comes with extra pieces and chargers for the motors. Plus a cute travel tote. This pump actually manages to express more milk than my hospital grade pump. Wins all around!

I’ve been using the breast pump daily since I received it. The battery lasts for one, sometimes two days — which is a minor downside. The breast shield leaks slightly. Other than these issues, it’s nice-looking, easy to use, and quiet.

I love this little machine! It allows me to do what needs to be done but be able to move around and not be tied to the bed or chair. It’s discreet- no one really knows what’s going on except for the sound.
