Thank you for shopping at KISSBOBO. We are committed to providing high-quality, safe, and hygienic products for moms and babies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read the following policy carefully.
1. Return Timeframe
Within 30 days: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.
2. Return Conditions
- Item Condition: Must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and unwashed.
- Original Packaging: All original packaging, tags, and manuals must be intact and included.
- All Components: All included accessories, parts, and free gifts must be returned.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt must be provided.
- Hygiene Clause: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any unsealed or used breast pump parts that have come into contact with the body (such as breast shields, valves, tubes, bottles, etc.), unless they are proven to be unused or are defective.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance, sale, or promotional items are final and cannot be returned (except in cases of proven defects).
Tip: Keep all packaging and accessories until you confirm the product works for you.
3. Return Process

1Contact Customer ServiceEmail support@kissbobo.co with your Order Number and reason. For exchanges, specify the product/model.

2Obtain AuthorizationWe review within 24 hours. If approved, you’ll receive an RMA Number and return instructions. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.

3Ship Item BackWrite the RMA clearly on the package, pack securely, and ship to the provided address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend insurance and keeping the receipt.

4Refund ProcessingAfter receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll initiate the refund within 5 business days if all conditions are met.
Email support@kissbobo.co with your Order Number and a detailed reason. For exchanges, specify product/model.
We’ll review within 24 hours. If approved, we send an RMA Number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
- Write the RMA on the outer package.
- Pack securely and ship to the address we provide.
- Costs: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
- Recommend: Insurance & keep the receipt in case of loss.
Once received and inspected, refunds are initiated within 5 business days, provided all return conditions are met.
4. Exchange Policy
Request within 30 days. Customer pays all shipping costs.
Email support@kissbobo.co with order number, issue description, and clear photos/videos. Once confirmed, we’ll provide a free replacement/missing parts and cover shipping.
5. Refund Details
- Refund Method: Issued to the original payment method.
- Canceled Order (before shipment): Full refund.
- Standard Return: Refund for product cost(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Defective Return: Full refund including original shipping costs.
- Processing Time: After we initiate the refund, allow 5–10 business days to appear in your account (bank/payment provider dependent).
6. International Returns
The return address may differ from our main warehouse. Please confirm with our support team when requesting a return. Customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs for international returns are the customer’s responsibility. Pre-paid labels are not available for international returns.
